Welcome Back & Happy 2021
Happy New Year to all! I hope that everyone enjoyed their holiday break and were able to re-charge for the 2nd half of the school year! We are excited to get our students back in the classroom and continue the school year. Please help in continuing to support your students and teachers through another transition. We will continue to follow the COVID 19 Decision Tree for People in Schools when reporting illness. We thank you for your cooperation in helping keep our students and staff healthy and safe. Below is the latest update on our current learning plans (This memo was sent on Dec. 22nd-no changes made since then):
After consulting with our Regional Support Team & going over updated guidance to the Safe Learning Plan, we will resume in-person learning for all grades (pre-k – 8th grade) on Monday, January 11th, 2021. We will continue to follow hybrid protocols and encourage families to report any illness.
Families have the option to continue distance learning. Please let the LCS Office know by Wednesday, January 6th if your family will continue with distance learning and would like to receive meals.
