Happy Spring Break!
We made it through our first week of MCA testing! Students did a great job & we’re proud of their efforts. This week we will be doing the MCA Math tests for grades 3rd-8th. Continue to ensure your child(ren) are getting a good nights rest, eating a healthy breakfast and are prepared for testing.
It’s an exciting week for our eggs in Mrs. Reinhart’s room. They’re scheduled to hatch early this week. The students have enjoyed checking on them daily and are ready to see them hatch. If anyone is interested in chicks, please contact me or the LCS Office. We plan to have approximately 3 dozen chicks that will need homes. They will need to be picked up by Thursday, April 14th.
We will continue to have tutoring and Makerspace on Tuesday & Thursday this week. There is no school Friday-Monday for spring break.
Enrollment is open for 2022/2023 school year! We have openings for Pre-Kindergarten-8th grade. If you have not returned your enrollment sheet (it was sent out in early March) or contacted the office, please do so to ensure your family has a spot. Feel free to share with other families who are looking for another choice in public education. We offer meetings & tours after school hours.
As always, contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Kind Regards,
Mrs. Clobes
Ag class needs your help!
Students in Mrs. Walters’ agriculture class have been busy planting fruits, vegetables & flowers in the green house the last few weeks. However, they’re out of soil! They’re looking for donations of soil so they can continue planting. If you’d like to make a donation, please contact Mrs. Walters or drop off in the LCS Office. Thank you for your help!
