Making Toys !

Some of the classrooms are building toy dump trucks in STEM. Students learn how the pieces go together and take pride in creating a toy they can play with. Younger students focus on assembling and gluing the parts together from a kit. Older students need to measure and cut more of the pieces.

A fixture made from scrap wood and cardboard hold the truck frame pieces in the right spot so students can glue the cab on.

In afterschool Makerspace we have recently started using a 3D printer to create our own beyblade parts.
