What’s New at LCS

petersen@lafayettecharter.k12.mn.us

Dear Families & Students,

We have been working very hard all week to prepare a distant learning plan in the event that we do not return to school on Monday, March 30th. Those plans will be made available as soon as we hear from the state. As of right now, our hallways are quiet but every one of us can still hear the echo of each of you as if a part of you were still here.

Staff at LCS want all of our families to know that we are here as a resource so if there are things you need, no matter what it is, please let us know. There’s no question or comment that’s too small. This is new to all of us, we’re learning everyday and re-adjusting as needed; we will continue to do so.

Be well, Be kind, Be gracious!

-Mrs. Petersen

Technology Needs

We are continuing to assess technology needs for our families. Please contact the office if you do not have access to the internet or a device. We will be giving you more information next week in the event that we do not resume school on Monday, March 30th.

Meals

In the event that school does not resume on Monday, March 30th and your child needs any school supplies, crayons/glue/scissors/pencils/paper/etc., let the office know and we will get those to you.
