What’s New at LCS

Thank you

A big thank you to parents for taking time to come to parent teacher conferences last week. It’s such a great opportunity to talk with you about your child’s accomplishments and learn a little more about each students family.

PROS Auction Fundraiser

The annual PROS auction fundraiser is coming up on Sunday, March 15th and we need your help! It seems like we have plenty of time but we need to call businesses for donations, the sooner we start the better off we are. Th emore people we have, the less each person will have to do. If you’re interested in calling for donations and picking them up, please the the office know. We will send home a list of local businesses along with contact numbers, names and even a script you can read when calling.

The money raised from the auction goes directly back to students and their classrooms; Field trip costs, classroom needs, and we’re currently saving up for rubber mulch on the playground. This fundraiser takes a lot of preparation and help from families. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Math Counts

LCS is excited to announce that Mr. (Grandpa) DuWayne Witt (LCS volunteer) will be coaching the Math Counts team this year. There will be a meet in New Ulm in January 2020- watch for more details to follow.
